We got a text immediately upon landing asking us to call to confirm what door they would pick us up from at the baggage claim exit. We only waited about five minutes for the driver to drive up (with our name on the car window so we could easily spot him). Very nice, new car, spotlessly clean, polite driver. Two small bottles of water waiting for us in the cup holders. Driver asked our choice of music for the radio and our choice of air conditioning.

Thankfully Cal State Limo, and in particular Sam, actually made it a relaxing experience.
